"my own personal rig"

Classic pair of Roe's hooded mergansers. The hen is in a content position with the drake being alert with the head turned off to the right. Both have Roe's thick and bold paint finish with the drake having combed paint on the sides. Both have carved tail feathers. Both are branded "ROE" and are signed under the bottom. The drake has "top of the line gunning bird" with the hen having "my own personal rig" written on the bottom. Both have a carved "R" under the bill. Condition: Excellent and original
