Racy stick-up tern carving with a refined chip carved surface, glass eyes, and raised relief carved wings. The latter being an appealing touch to his otherwise typically smooth-carved shorebirds. Standing upon a custom-made base by Pete. The underside of the tern bears the iconic PETE brand and is signed E.J. 'Pete' Peterson above, with Cape Charles, VA below and the date off to the right.
