Noted competition carver and judge. Took 2nd place in species the 2012 Ward World "Lem & Steve Ward Smoothie Shorebirds & Wading Birds" division. Comes with its ribbon. Nicely sculpted competition style curlew stick up carving. Soft painted feathering with minimal carved details. Signed and dated by the maker on the bird as well as base.
