Jamie Hand Preening Dove Decoy

Jamie Hand (b. 1953) Cape May Court House, NJ c.2019 9.5" long

Beautifully carved preening dove decoy. The head with two glass eyes is turned right preening over top of the fully lifted right wing. The left wing is relief carved with the raised wing tip crossing under the right wing. Bears the J.P. Hand brand in the bottom and comes with the original brass stick.

Condition: Near mint with some minor spots of transfer on the paint.
