A. Elmer Crowell (1862-1952) East Harwich, MA, c. 1900-1912 17 ¼ by 7 ¼ by 7 ½ in.

Pre-brand

In excellent original paint with just a few minor rubs. Slight neck seam separation; a tight age crack runs along the back; hairline crack to the bill with a few old teeth marks at its tip; a tight check runs from the heartwood of the breast up to the neck seat; 1 ½ inch tight check on underside of tail; a trace of old newsprint on left side and bottom of the bird.
