Delbert "Cigar" Daisey (1924-1917) Chincoteague, VA 12.5" long
Very nicely done Coot decoy. Carved in a forward swimming position with the head slightly turned off to the right side. The wing pockets are carved in and the edges of the feather tips are slightly carved as are the tail feathers. Bears the CIGAR brand on the bottom and is signed by the maker.
