Evans Decoy Company Redhead Pair

Evans Duck Decoy Co. (1921-1932) Ladysmith, WI, c. 1930 A rarely seen, perfectly matched redhead pair by the maker. Both retain the “EVANS DECOY” rubber stamp on the underside. Both are in excellent original paint and look like they just came from the factory. The most minor of rubs to the heads, breasts and tails of each bird may have happened in shipment from the factory. A thin white line showing at the the neck seam may have simply been missed when the birds were painted.
