Original early black duck for this maker. See a similar early 1930's example on page 216 of Decoys of the Thousand Islands by Larry Lunman and Jim Stewart. Some paint texturing to the head. Small gouged out details under the bill. Rectangular lead pad weight on the bottom.
Condition: Original with light wear to include some scratches and paint flaking, mostly to chest. Head is firmly attached but can swivel slightly.
