Pintail drake in the beaver tail style and the only bird in this rig with a resting pose. Three other drakes with high necks are known, but this is the only one like this. The nestled head and puffed breast accompanied with the slightly raised back and flat beaver tail, combine to make this one of the Ward’s true masterpieces. Measures 18" long.
