Richard Chmiel Red-breasted Merganser Drake

Large working decoy with vermiculated paint on the sides and around the lower back. Richard is an avid decoy carving competitor having competed at the Ward Worlds, and a board member of the Connecticut Waterfowlers Association. This decoy saw moderate use and has that history on the underside as well as the makers 'Chmiel' and brass tag.

Condition: Good and original with minor gunning wear
