Oliver Lawson Miniature Widgeon Pair

Oliver "Tuts" Lawson (b.1938) Crisfield, MD c.1954 Drake 7" Hen 7.5" long

Relatively early balsa bodied matched pair for the maker who would have been just 16 at the time. Bright original paint with the heads turned in oposing directions. Cedar insert tail and heads. Both are signed and dated on the bottom.

Condition: Overall very good and original, hen has a dent in the back, a smaller dent in the right side, and a small spot of paint loss to the tail edge as well as the bill edge. Both have a few very tiny paint flakes.
