A snakey-neck pair showcasing McIntyre's carving abilities and mastery of paint. Made in the Caines Brothers' style, these carvings exhibit incised bill and feather treatment and raised wings. The undersides display the maker's incised "CTM" and the inked inscription "Caines Brothers Mallard Pair Cameron McIntyre 2001." Original paint with even wear and slight flaking to age lines in drake's back.
