George Sibley (1861-1938) Chicago, IL, c. 1890 Created with a breakage resistant oak bill inserted into the head groove with a v-shaped tongue. Retains an original "Sibley" brand on the underside and original rigging. Decoy has several coats of gunning paint and expected wear.
