Joel Barkelow (a.1860-1890) Forked River, NJ, c. 1890 This working decoy has great form. Very few Barkelow peeps survive with their original bills intact. In good original condition; old paint could be original or a gunning repaint; lightly hit by shot; original bill is slightly loose; retains remnants of wax eyes.
