William Stiles Curlew

William Stiles Tuckerton, NJ, c. 1900 13 in. long

A rare Tuckerton curlew with a thin tail, eye grooves, and the maker's signature bill tip. The museum code "A51.152" is in red paint on the underside. Original paint with light gunning wear.
