Exceptionally rare bufflehead hen in this size with only a few known to exist. Head is slightly turned to the right with incised bill details and glass eyes. Scratch feather paint for tail feathers. Double ink stamped on the bottom, the same stamp as on the goose but in black ink. From a recent attic discovery in Upstate New York.

Condition: Entirely original with light even wear from use
