Bill Cooper (1886-1975) Verdun, Quebec, Canada, c.1930 12.25" long
Deeply carved wing and tail feathering detail, a desireable aspect of decoys from this area. Turned heads with glass eyes and pronounced bill carved details. The hens head is turned to the right, the drakes to the left. Both have their original bell lead weights. The hen has a section roughed out in the bottom with the initials 'CB' painted on.

Condition: Very good and original with even working wear. Both heads are very slightly loose.
