Appealing dry surface that has been preserved nicely. Very tiny taxidermy glass eyes and a thinly delicate bill. The metail tail curl has flattened with aged corrosion. Standing on a carved domed base with the feet painted on. The underside is signed by this iconic New England miniature bird carver and has the species written as well. Condition: Near mint, metal tail curl has flattened and has corrosion on it.
