Marty Hanson (b. 1965) Prior Lake, MN, c. 1990's 27 in. long

Sculpturally elegant hollow carved working decoy. Soft feathered paint with thick black tail paint that has been textured to mimic a feathered surface. The white has matured to a soft patina from the underlying wood. Glass eyes and a nicely detailed bill. Signed underneath by Marty and bears his Prior Lake, MN ink stamp. Condition: Very good original condition with a couple minor rubs to the bill and slight discoloration to the bottom half of the decoy Provenance: Private Texas Collection Private NY Collection
