Clinton Keith Canvas Scoter

Clinton Keith (1887-1975) Kingston, MA, c. 1910 Canvas-covered scoter with a head patterned after the work of his friend Lothrop Holmes. Keith sometimes improved his early decoys by using Holmes' patterns to make new heads for them. Retains the "C. T. Keith" brand on the bottom. In original condition with gunning wear and head by Keith.
