The catalog record

Jesse Heisler (1891-1943) Burlington, NJ, c. 1920 This tucked-head Delaware River classic decoy displays a beautifully executed bill that parallels the crisply raised primary wing feathers. With a thoughtful full-bodied three-piece construction, this hollow-bodied decoy exemplifies the Delaware River form. Exhibits subtle feather paint detail. Original paint with very light gunning wear with minor rubs to tail.
