John "Jack" Henry McKenney (1889-1973) Chestertown, MD 6" long
McKenney was a shipyard worker and avid waterfowl hunter on the Chester River, particularly known for hunting canvasbacks. Beginning in the 1950s, he produced miniature waterfowl, that are recognized for their distinctive raised and undercut wings.
Signed on the underside.
Condition: Entirely original, small cat chew to bill and tail, spot of paint discoloration on breast
