Bob White Green-winged Teal Drake

Very rare keeled competition Green-winged Teal drake. The keel rides the bottom seemlessly showcasing Bob's craftsmanship and attention to detail. Hollow carved in a swimming forward position with the head turned slightly off to the right. The bill has carved details, with the head having a softly carved crest and glass eyes. Classic to Bob's regional style the decoy has slightly raised 'V' wing tips, and the tail has reliev carved feathering. Across the body is light scratch painting.

The decoy is signed twice, an original faded signature is on the keel and dated 1982 with a later signature added by Bob across the bottom. Condition: Near mint, with a shallow indentation on the left side above the speculum.
