Benjamin Schmidt (1884-1968) Detroit, MI, c. 1935 and 1945 Both have detailed wing feather carving. The drake has "120" stamped in the bottom. The hen is constructed from two halves with vertical seams down the middle of both the head and body. Both have original paint. The drake's head has two coats of red and its original keel. The hen has tight age cracks on both sides, a couple filled shot scars on the head and touch up around the neck seam.
