Verity Family Three Shorebird Flatties

Verity Family Seaford, NY Three silhouette stick up shorebird decoys: a yellowlegs, a robin snipe, and a black-bellied plover. Each has carved eyes, split tails, and has been hit by shot. The bills of the plover and snipe were square mortised into the head and then carved round. The bill on the yellowlegs may be an old replacement; old chip to top of head of plover.
